Ex 8. Know your skillset

Take 5 minutes to rate each of your five ideas out of 10 in relation to the relevance of your skillset to solving the problem in this way.

Your skillset can include your connections' skillsets too – if you know you'll be able to get them involved.

But, resist the urge to go with an idea that is unrelated to your own skills. Technical businesses are best started with a technical co-founder involved. Deep expertise in the field is not necessary, but you need to be able to find a reason why you are the person to implement this idea.
